By joining the BlueOrange Academy you agree that the written, video, downloads and other content provided by this site remain under copyright of BlueOrange. You are not allowed to record our videos for resale or to provide them or any of our resources to others.

Membership is for you as an individual and your login details should not be knowingly shared with others as this would lead to your membership being suspended.

All resources used here - videos, written content, downloads, images, music - remain the property of BlueOrange and can only be used for commercial purposes i.e. you might want to use a music track from us within your own video, if permission is granted by us. Permission in these circumstances will only be provided once payment terms are agreed.

Your membership duration will last for the membership type you selected and payment should be renewed accordingly. Failure to renew your payment for your membership type will result in your account expiring and you will no longer be able to access the Academy.

BlueOrange will to the best of its ability endeavour to keep the site running without interruption but will not be liable for any refunds or costs due to interruption beyond its control. No refunds will be provided as users will have their membership duration extended by an appropriate period to compensate for any interruptions to the service that exceed 14 days.
